A month after Israel, I’m still having falafel fantasies

And it’s gotten no easier this week, as I was working on my article for Collective310 on (what else?!) the eating I did while in Israel.

True story, there were some serious down sides of the Israel food scene – if I never see sweetbreads or bone marrow again, it’ll still be too soon – but the hummus and falafel and salads of Israel are (for lack of a less punny word) simply biblical.

Check out my post on some of my favorite food finds here at Collective310. And if you find yourself in that region and make some finds of your own, please share!
