Twinkle This: Finding Some Fall Sparkle

As dreary days of cooler weather are soon to be upon us, all of us may just need a few extra excuses to shine…

Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Bronze
Is all sparkle created equal? Obviously not – Sparklicity Pure is one of my new finds that I’m not sure how I lived without for so many years.  Check out that total microcrystalline sparkle pigment —  use on the eyes, cheeks, face and lips – or be creative. Trust me, there’s never been a man who shunned a bit of boobie glitter. Not that I’ve created a survey or anything.

Nails Inc. Magnetic Polish

Have you heard of the new Magnetic Nail polish ($16) available from nails inc?

Speaking as someone who has NO COORDINATION when it comes to doing my own nails, let me tell you: It’s impressive.

Now, for those not familiar let me stress you will not have magnetic nails. That would be pretty cool, yes: But may actually end up complicating your life in the ultimate sense.

It’s way more Brave New World than that, actually: The polish contains suspended iron powder you can use to create snazzy designs if you hold a magnet (there’s one right on the bottle’s lid!) over each nail.

But I want to try it with…my own personalized magnets. Imagine the possibilities.

Stila Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner

I believe in what Carrie Bradshaw said in Sex and the City 2 – (and yes, I actualy really liked that movie) – girls need a little bit of sparkle in their life – and that’s why I wear this Stila Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner on a regular basis. They are glitter and highly pigmented (I wear the classic but very non-traditional black) and are super long-lasting. Personally, I believe all days should be dotted with a little micro glitter.

Revlon Diamond Lust Eyeshadow

Can you BELIEVE how Revlon Diamond Lust Eyeshadow ($5) is? Some days call for matte eyeshadows (though that’s really debatable) – but there’s days that we just need to have a bit more twinkle in our eye. Who doesn’t want to look like the walking night sky?! Really…

Bow Wired Mesh Eyeglass Holders

Ladies, take note – men all love the sexy librarian look, even if they don’t know they do, they do!

So, when your done with that gorgeous face of yours, maybe consider Bow Wired Mesh Eyeglass Holders ($25) by LSD Fashion LAB. Just like any glasses holder, it’s a chain that keeps your glasses around your neck or on your head, but tell me these aren’t naughty librarian over and above that? Obviously they are.
